Introducing the East Orlando Junior Predators Varsity Football All Americans
One of the most inspiring and valuable components of our club has been the East Orlando Junior Predators Varsity Football team.
Over the past two years, our Varsity Football Coaches, led by Head Coach Matt Burris, Assistant Head Coach Rod Myles, Offensive Coordinator Andre Cooper, Defensive Coordinator Marcus Thomas and their assistants have provided the highest level of 13 and 14 year old youth football coaching in Central Florida and nationally. Responding to that coaching, the young men that have made up the EOJP 14U Varsity rosters that past two seasons have played some of the best youth football in Central Florida and nationally. Thank you all for beginning a tradition that East Orlando Junior Predators Varsity Football players after you will uphold for years to come.
EOJP Varsity Football is one of the top youth football teams in the country. And we are only going to get stronger!
Our EOJP 14U team emulated “We are 11”. They worked hard as a team, sweat as a team, won as a team, lost as a team, and overcame tremendous obstacles as a team. Their team highlight this year was marching back to West Orange High School in the FYFCL South Championship Game, after a controversial lost a few weeks prior to WO, and making a statement that was heard across Central Florida: Yes, youth football also comes through East Orlando!
First and foremost, every single player on the East Orlando Junior Predators Varsity Football is to be congratulated. Each team member helped the other learn, improve, achieve, and succeed. And together, this team finished Top 8 in the country! Congratulations!
We also have amazing standouts to present. Players that were selected as Football Hotbed All-Americans. To be selected as an All-American, at any level, is truly an amazing honor. The East Orlando Junior Predators are incredibly proud of our All-Americans and want to thank each of them for representing EOJP so very well at the 2015 All-American games, on their EOJP football teams and in their communities.
